Joanna Watchman is our founder. She is a communications consultant specialising in the built environment, ESG and technology sectors. Having spent years writing, thinking and talking about the way buildings could (and should) be more in tune with the people that use them, Joanna decided to create Work in Mind. She is on a mission to bring together all those who believe in smarter, more connected human-centric buildings.

Sam has been key to Work in Mind's success since our launch in 2018. A digital native, he takes care of Work in Mind's outreach and takes the lead on many of our third-party partnership and content campaigns. He also fields inbound enquiries to the growing Work in Mind community.

Sophie is our Content Editor. Raised in New Jersey, USA, Sophie's passion for sustainability and wellbeing doesn’t end when office hours are over. In 2019, Sophie and two co-authors published an award-winning book called Ornitherapy: For Your Mind, Body, and Soul.
